I love those bags so much. I had a camera bag and a Hari backpack for years and wanted a small backpack that they were making a few years ago. I found one in the clearance sale and I am forever in love!! Please bring back the mini backpack

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to contact them for weeks and didn't reserve any answer. Grafea should checks who is managing their Social medias. Because that person doesn't know how to do it.

I placed orders via website several times. First time bags came with good quality, just like the photos on the website. Second order came but lacked of dust bag, it was fine. Third order didnt come until I wrote them a email after three weeks. They totally forgot the third order. Although I finally received the packet, a bag with very bad condition, please see the attached photos. I contacted the customer service immediately and one of the staff thinks there is no problem at all. I immediately replied the email, and she just ignored my response and didnt reply any more. Then I contacted again the customer service and asked for exchange. Another lady said ok. After I sent the bag with bad condition back, they just reimbursed me. But its a gift for a friend and the bag was selected. I think it is their responsibility to cover the shipment fee, cuz I asked for exchange and they made a mistake to reimburse instead of sending me a new one. Again, they ignored my emails. Finally I had to pay extra shipment fee to buy it agin. When I placed the order, I made a note of the same comment. And the staff replied me immediately that they will not cover the shipment fee cuz they think the bag is good. There is no problem at all. I will never buy theirs products again.
