        The worst council ever!!! Waste money, don't listen, approve stuff that doesn't make sense or is a flop. No more nice towns they were, trashton, shameside.. Crime figures up, no shops and the "famous market" is now a disgrace...

        Absolutely diabolical organisation. Sending bailiffs to vulnerable people's doors, demanding 500 for a 30 parking ticket. This council doesn't care 1 hoot for the people it represents. How the hell they are allowed get away with it I'll never know. Disgraceful.

        Too much money. Bins never emptied . Pot holes everywhere. Poor policing and generally a waste of time

        On the phone never want to help, calling them seems as if youre wasting their time. Not everything is able to be on the internet and somebody being able to help over the phone would be nice, 100% need to listen back into the calls and re train staff on a basic level of service
