        Had a faulty Webasto heater... AVS (advanced van systems) said they'd take a look at it and advise, they quoted 100 to removed and look. I turned up on the day it was booked in, the sun was baking... they left me sat in the yard all day I got so sun burnt. They refused me a cup of water (blamed covid) and refused me use of the toilets (blamed covid). The van was returned to me with a bill of 486.23! I was shocked, I tried to explain I had never authorised this but they refused to return my keys unless I paid. In the end I put it on my credit card just to get me keys back. I got home and tested the heater... they hadn't fixed it and it failed to work!!! Contacted AVS by phone numerous times but they failed to return any of my calls. DO NOT use this unscrupulous company, they are absolutely conmen who don't care about their customers. Service: Fan repair
