Gracie the Wonder dog's first visit to a groomer at the ripe Old age of twelve. Kathy was great with her and said she behaved really well. Thanks for looking after her.

Always a lovely cut. Lovely friendly lady who clearly loves dogs. My pooch always looks just how I ask.

Very disappointed. Harvey went for the first time a few days ago (13 month old puppy). I told Kathy that he may wee as its a new area, Kathys first response was well you have to pay if he does. When I went to pick Harvey up she said that she didnt want Harvey to return as he was too much for her. Harvey is the most placid puppy ever and has a very loving, playful temperament. Truly felt Kathy had no patience with Harvey. Really shocked by the whole experience as neither Harvey or myself have ever been treated like that before. Kathy is in the wrong job in my opinion.

Kathy is one of the best groomers weve used, Poppi is so happy to go into the shop and Kathy always greets her and makes a fuss of her so shes not at all nervous. Poppi comes home looking fabulous and pampered. Highly recommend this lovely lady and her business to all, absolutely 5* service.
