Fitted a kitchen for my 74year old sister ,just replacement doors and she thought she would treat herself to an island,so she bought herself two stools which were shown to lee and asked him to make one side with two opening doors facing the rest of her cupboard doors (logical you would think) .when he brought the unit there was no cutout for the stools and no cupboard ,so he took the unit into the back and did the cutout for the. Stools ,then put the opening doors on the SAME SIDE! when she told him this was not the side she wanted it on he told her he would do them on the other side but at a cost! seeing as he had already charged her over a thousand pounds for this unit (rip off not worth the money and at least 20mm higher than the rest of her kitchen tops )at just over 5ft tall herself she would struggle with it she as not used it once it's covered up !!It's shameful how she as a pensioner on a limited budget as been ripped off by this company and the stress it as caused her ,I am going to carry thiscomplaint on for her as she just can't deal with it,so don't use this company unless you want to be treated in this way!
