        After phoning numerous times this week, emailing to book viewing with no response until I'd phoned for the umpteenth time to ask about a viewing the lady trying to put me off to say there were already applications in. Couldn't make the times I suggested I decided to leave it after trying to contact them several times this week. Why would anyone want to live in a property managed by this agency. Do the homeowners whose properties you manage, realise that your agency are putting off potential renters. Completely unprofessional!!!!

        BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME EVER!! Messed me about something rotten!! Carla cant be bothered to ring u back or do her job!! The office is a dive!! Paperwork all over the place!! They dont have a clue what they are doing!! Genuinely you wont find a worse agent anywhere in Manchester!! I have rented with a few agents over the past 10 years and these are ther most unprofessional!! They could not show more disinterest in their customers if they tried!! Which they blatantly dont!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
