Absolutely great!. I ordered for my elder sister her fires from here maybe 12 months ago. Each time my sister needs a bottle, I call in and arrange delivery/ payment. Staff in the office that I've had the pleasure of dealing with have been wonderful. I do not live in uk but the service I've had has been tremendous. I know my sister feels the same way. So a BIG THANK YOU to you all. The delivery man is always friendly, happy and very helpful. He always fixes the replacement gas bottles for sis. A special thank you to him too. Its very unusual now to receive such good customer service 10/10.

Very rude receptionist Ive order gas they made me wait all day and they didnt turn up and when I rang them back the day after asking what happened to my delivery why they didnt even call me saying they not coming instead of making me wait all day,she replied u can say that to the delivery driver yourself cant you, really bad customer service this has happened on a few occasion now and they dont even apologise or take responsibility

The receptionist on today is a horrible and very rude womanIm a new customer as well. I called up on Friday to have a fire delivered and spoke to a nicer lady and she said It will be delivered on monday between 9-5 so Ive been sat in waiting.. I called then just to check what time. And THAT Rude woman said it will be tuesday or Wednesday!!!! Why couldnt you have called me stright away this morning to tell me that the company has no gas bottles??? You have a computer with orders right with contacts details ? Its not hard to pick a phone up and inform people of this . That miserable, speaking woman needs to learn some manners and respect to new customers. My mother has 2 fires and has been using this company for years and even gives the delivery guy a massive tip every time he comes SHOCKING SERVICE !!! And to top it off the delivery guy came knocking on my door the next day While I was out. I take it she dint cancel my order and tell you!! That was a wasted journey for you wasnt it

This company had a guy was rude shouting at me for no reason ...the owner said sorry his father just died ...please take of feedback. We will provide better service next time he is sorry. I did that I called back to get gas they said sorry we can't as its the same guy ..like I did something wrong the guy must of not been sorry ...do not use if wo.en alone for safety Do not trust to remove feedback as they lye
