Glowstone

I have just taken delivery of my new Glowstone flashlight kit. And WOW am I impressed! The quality, design and attention to detail of this product is second to none. It is the iPhone of flashlights. Just unboxing it tells you that this product has been specified with only the best of materials and it is not only a pleasure to use, it is the brightest flashlight I have ever seen. As a precision engineer by profession, it takes a lot for me to write a review like this but I could go on and on so good is this product. Its not the cheapest on the market but in this case, you really do get what you pay for. If youre looking but are undecided, buy one, you will not regret it. Thank you Glowstone.

Poor experience I had a bad experience with this company - I ordered a flashlight in October for a Christmas present- they did note that delivery would not be until December. When early December arrived and id not heard anything - I emailed asking for expected delivery - I heard nothing, 3 emails later mid December and I got a reply - in essence saying theyd over committed and could not deliver for Christmas - fair enough, but they shared my details with the 15 other customers they were sending the same message to - a clear breach of confidentiality - when I replied noting this and asking for a refund the owner emailed saying he would process a refund the next day and did not, luckily Id paid on PayPal and they refunded me after I raised a case with them. Its a shame as this looks to be a great product - obviously I cannot comment as I never received it, but the lack of communication and not taking care of customers personal information is less than ideal.

My Glowstone mug has made my home coffee drinking so much more enjoyable. My favourite coffee is a latte which prior to having the mug I felt I had to drink quite quickly as it wouldn't stay hot for very long. With this mug the problem has completely gone away. I would highly recommend the Glowstone Mug to anyone

The best mug I've ever used. Beautiful design, amazing quality fine bone china and it's worked over 1000 times. Well worth the investment for the convenience it adds to your morning routine. Can't recommend highly enough :)
