Matt and the team built our extension and converted our garage in at the start of the pandemic. They did a fantastic job at a challenging time whilst everyone had to work from home and the kids were in the house all day! We couldnt be happier with the work that was done and 3 years on we have no complaints. The team were a great bunch of guys who were very respectful and the work was done quickly and to a good standard. We will be sure to use them again for when we need more building work doing!

Big thanks to Matt and his team for completing our extension after our first contractor went into liquidation. The unfinished stages of the build were carried out promptly, efficiently and within the agreed timescale, much to our relief. Matt has restored our faith in good builders and we are very happy to recommend No.1 Extensions.

No 1 garage conversion the best in Manchester, the team just completed the conversion of our garage, the garage is fantastic, brilliant, the work was completed on time to a high standard and high quality materials.
