Brilliant experience end-to-end. James came to our house to discuss options and gave loads of really helpful advice and suggestions. He was also readily available and super responsive as we refined some of our choices. Duncan and team came and installed it - they were really helpful, respectful and efficient in putting it together, helping us fine tune the location. My kids (and their friends) absolutely love the climbing frame. It's such high quality and so well put together - even adults can play on it when the kids go to bed! We're so glad we paid a bit extra - you really know where the extra cash has gone. We also bought a spring free trampoline. Similar experience but with different installers and fewer options. Again, it costs a bit more, but the quality is also that much better than the usual companies.

Excellent Sales Service from the beginning of the journey to during to the end . Installed on the date the two lads did a great job . The kids love it . The only thing I would have liked is the option to pay for a maintenance package where Rainbow Play send someone round every year to check tighten bolts nuts grease the chains and weatherproof the wood would gladly pay for something along those lines .

I purchased a fiesta castle climbing frame which was delivered on the 15th May. My husband constructed the climbing frame on his own over two days. The quality of the climbing frame itself I am very happy with which is what I have given the one star for, however, we have had endless problems with wrong parts, missing parts etc since delivery and we are still missing a large part 45 days later. I really didnt want to leave a bad review but I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of communication. Here is a list of what went wrong: > Climbing frame arrived with no assembly instructions and no metal work/bolts/screws to construct it. > Climbing frame arrived with wrong colour slide and canopy. > Climbing frame arrived with missing parts to attach tyre swing. > The driver came the following day to deliver the assembly instructions and metal work. > The part for the tyre swing was delivered a few weeks later but again with the wrong part. I waited another week for the correct part to be delivered but nothing arrived so had to chase again. Not much of an apology given and correct parts were then received in the post a few days later. > Chased rainbow again to ask about correct canopy and flags, which they responded with, the part is not in stock yet but we are expecting a container to arrive shorty. 3 weeks after chasing we are still without canopy and flags. I have dealt with only three lovely helpful people in this whole experience. They are: > The delivery/driver man who was very embarrassed and apologetic over the whole situation. > A lady from the Rainbow site up North who I spoke with when I was deciding which frame to go with, however as I am in the South East I was re directed to the Surrey branch to deal with. >A guy called Steve Whalley who was very helpful but somehow still managed to get another wrong part sent out. Spending 2.5k on a climbing frame was such a huge decision to make (I had to really convince my husband it was a great idea). I am so disappointed with how everything has worked out. 45 days later and 2.5k down we still have an incomplete climbing frame. I am honestly fed up of chasing the final piece of the climbing frame. I received an email inviting me to review Rainbow play. I am a busy mum of 3 children so probably would have never considered writing a review. I would definitely have a long think about spending your money with this company as it seems they are not that bothered about customer satisfaction once they have received your money.
