Hydrolife Hot Tubs & Swim Spas - UK's Largest Jacuzzi Retailer

I had a brilliant experience of buying with Hydrolife - in particularly Abigail (and Rebecca in Abis absence). THANK YOU both! I had originally planned to buy one with another company, which, in transparency, was much cheaper, but I was concerned about the level of customer service. When speaking with Abi and the team they couldnt do enough to support me in making this work. I paid more than hoped, but this was made up for in the care I received and Im glad I did. My jacuzzi 235 was fitted in August and the information received beforehand was incredible. It has been brilliant and Im so glad I took the plunge (pardon the pun). I had believed great customer service was dead and Hydrolife swayed me in seeing that it is still there. Im so glad I spoke to Abi and would encourage others to do so too.

After care not as sold. Speakers dont work on a 14k hot tub and not fixed by Hydrolife who I continuously have to chase. They send out an engineer who says he needs to order a part, leaves and doesnt order said part or return. Best avoided if you want customer service and a working hot tub.

Why didnt we get one sooner, nice to come home and slide into the spa.. the staff were amazing and helpful and most of all honest. Couldnt recommend them enough so thank you

Really pleased with my recent purchase of a J435 Jacuzzi from Hydrolife. The whole process from start to finish has been great. I am now speaking with the Aftercare team who have been so helpful. Looking forward to my first service with Hydrolife
