Crown Pavilions

Products starting to rot already after six months. Not quite "premium"

I ordered a Kensington Hybrid Pavillion from the company. The ordering process was handled very well. They were also very helpful when I had to push back the date of installation several times as I was struggling to get the concrete base fitted. The team that installed it were very efficient and professional. However, I have a number of issues. 1. The building is advertised as suitable for dining, however there are large gaps between the floorboards and if food or debris drops there is no way to clean it. For me this means it is not fit for purpose. 2. The door lock is of very low quality. Ours stopped working shortly after it was fitted. Despite the fact that we are unable to secure the building Crown Pavillions are not sending anyone to fix the problem for 3 weeks! Companies should be judged on their after service and Crown has fallen way short!

BE WARY! I paid the 10% deposit at the Chelsea flower show for a pavilion with the guarantee from John that it was possible to go home and change your mind and the deposit is to simply hold the event price. Unfortunately due to my personal circumstances changing I had to cancel my order and I was now told that the deposit is non-refundable. I understood that once the 20% deposit was paid this was non refundable as this is stated on a document they asked me to sign later down the line however this document was never signed and Crown refuses to return my deposit from the event. Do not pay ANY deposit unless you are 100% certain as you will not get it back.
