Good all round experience from arranging a quote, to a very professional installation done to a high standard .Henry and Luke arrived early and got stuck in straight away , kept me informed on what they where doing , everything explained , and all old parts and rubbish taken away . Would not hesitate in recommending this team in particular the engineers Henry and Luke ,just hope they dont get head hunted by the competition because I will be taking out a service contract with this company . Well done and thankyou

Henry and Aaron and the other workers at RBHM worked very hard throughout. They were very skilled and experienced. They talked us through the various work to be completed and made sure that all the materials and parts were ready and correct for the job. Having the piping in the house refitted is a complicated job and we are glad to have instructed RBHM to do it as we wanted it done well. Henry and Aaron were always happy to go the extra mile. We are very pleased with the result. We now have a fully working heating system!

We had problems with the installation which RBHM eventually resolved. The system now has reoccurring issues, where we are left without heating or hot water. This is despite RBHM making 7 visits. On each of these visits they have only managed to make temporary repairs, with the fault recurring after a few days. We contacted RBHM on the 7th April by email and phone to try and book attempt number six. The phone call was answered somewhat later than the stated opening time shown on their web site and an engineer was supposed to call to look at the problem that afternoon. He never arrived. Update on 21st May RBHM have passed this to Viessmann the boiler makers. RBHM seem to be unwilling and unable to take on any of the responsibilities that they should own as the supplier. Luckily Viessmann seem to be more knowledgeable and interested in fixing things than RBHM The issues with RBHM are occurring with a current service contract and warranty in place. RBHM seem happy to take your money for installation and maintenance, but totally unable and unwilling to fix anything complex, with simple issues they are ok.

We had a good experience with the boiler installation 15 months ago and then subscribed to the annual service and breakdown with RBHM. The service was completed over 4 weeks ago, and two faults were identified to the engineer who was going to report them to be fixed. A few days later a certificate for the service was sent by email. This certificate did not have the model and serial number on it and I responded to the email to inquire whether this certificate was valid without this information and that the two faults were not reported. There was no response to the email. I called the office number and gave these details to a lady who apologised and said someone would call back on my mobile number. It is now one week later, no one has called. I have tried to call the office number on 3 occasions and the call rings out and no facility to leave a message. I am beginning to think that the company may have gone bust.
