Visited recently for a fundraiser, which the host was making available free of charge for the organisation. An indication of the food required was presented prior, but not individually ordered until visiting the bar on the night. This did unfortunately create a queue and a delay but moved reasonably. We were given a table stand with a number and the food arrived quite quickly and was delicious. The hosts family were helping out to save having staff and the associated costs, or that would have meant a charge to the organisers. The band The 64's, were excellent and got people up dancing and it was a great night.

The reason why I give this establishment poor review is for two reasons: 1. The manager or one of the staff don't know how to talk to people got very poor people skills and seems to be totally ignorant. 2. There was a mix-up to do with car park security and his dog not wanting to let people who's parked at the back out of the back of the building being locked in the parking areas even tho it was told to people it was a big car park area with many barriers and some people was not able to leave because a barrier was locked and management of the building lack of concern and was ignorant This place is not recommended for people who don't want to be talked down to and by there unhelpful staff also, you have to climb either a flight of stairs at the side of the building to get in or a flight of stairs at the back of the building which is the exit door, it really isn't suitable for disabled people and sound system or band members with a lot of big equipment, there's better places than this one in Dudley.
