Cannot fault Ricky and this company one bit, complete transparency when having some delays waiting for a log book but he kept me updated along the way, car looks mint and I would advise anyone looking for a new car to visit RCB motors

I have had the absolute worst experience with RCB motors. The first time the car broke down on the motorway, 3 months after purchasing, I had to pay a lot of money to get it towed hours back to Dudley. Ricky would not collect. They had the car 6 weeks (!) and obviously didnt fix it properly as after I picked it up it took ages for the engine to start and broke down again with same engine problem less than 6 weeks later. RAC tow number 2. The reputable garage that the the car was towed to pointed out a botch job done on the engine with silicone. This second time, Rickys response was you spent 2500 on a car. What did you expect? Of course its going to break down! Which is obviously a pretty upsetting response to hear from somebody you have just bought a car off. 2500 is a lot of money for me, and i feel as though I have been defrauded of it. The worst thing is, Ricky couldnt care less about the distress this has caused me. He was happy to take my money, then he doesnt want to know. The car is now out of warranty so another patch job will be done and Ricky refuses to even guarantee the work done for a month - which shows the quality of the repairs that will be done as he is unable to stand by them whatsoever. Im left with a car that I have absolutely no confidence in driving. If I only knew then what I know now, I could have avoided this dealership like the plague.
