        Had a fantastic apprenticeship with LEMA, everyone I had contact with were great, from the cleaner to the trainers! The company they placed me with has been excellent with me, I have now progressed into a managerial role. Would recommend any young school leaver who wants to go into engineering to use LEMA.

        Communication is very poor, it took them 8 weeks or more to find my son a placement although they advertise jobs as though they are available. Now my son's workplace has gone into liquidation so now he out of a job with no form of income but still expect him to attend he was told that they would help him find another placement so far nothing as been done to get him back into work or at least that's how it seems.
