A very thorough and detailed report and also appreciated the follow up calls with Matt to discuss any questions in had. I received great customer service from Matt and would definitely recommend Precise Surveyors.

Thousands of pounds down due to this company not doing their job properly and picking up on what they should have!! Having to take it further because they won't own up to their own wrong doing! Absolute waste of money, don't recommend using this company!!!

Very detailed with photos t illustrate particular points. Useful with a follow up phone call to discuss anything further.

Very in depth survey provided. Matt was very helpful in providing me with information and explaining anything I wasn't sure about, which was highly appreciated as a first time buyer. He has contacted me a couple of times since completing the survey and has said if I need any assistance regarding it that he will be happy to help. Hugely impressed overall and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service to friends or family looking to purchase a property.

I would give 10 stars if I could. An amazing service from Kerry and Matt. As a first time buyer both took the time to explain the whole process to me fully and all communications were clear, professional and fast. The survey was completed with uttermost care and the report issued within 3 days (on a Saturday!). Matt took the time to talk me through the report in detail and made sure all my questions were answered. I had booked the 'drone survey' add-on as a bit of a gimmick, but it actually highlighted an issue with the roof that would have remained undetected otherwise. If you're thinking about the drone survey, go for it! I would use Precise Surveyors again without any hesitation.
