Shop clean and tidy, shelves had good stock. The main issue for the poor review is due to the most important part of the shopping experience. Customer service, or should I say lack of it. Young lad serving on the till, he was too busy talking to a young lady to even look at or acknowledge me when serving. The young lady wasn't even a member of staff. I suggest THE BRANCH MANGER takes a good look at her/his staff, perhaps train them in how customers are more important than there friends, when working. FYI Iceland feel free to contact me as I have the receipt details.
