My experience with Venture Steel has been disappointing. I had purchased some parts a while ago and all was great. Placed a repeat order and was told to pay up front which was no problem as I have purchased prior. Oliver was dealing with this order as before. Order arrived after a few nudges, as it was taking a while, When I opened up the box we had received the wrong order. I have since been trying to get a response to see what has happened and all I got was a blunt reply explaining that I have to arrange a courier to return the goods to them? Pretty sure that's not what I am supposed to do especially when it is a pallet load too, and at my expense? I have since been trying to get an answer and have not had any response.
