Ignore negative comments, we cannot fault this care home. The staff are so caring and they do a lot of activities with the residents that other care homes do not. My mom is a resident and is looked after exceptionally well

Went to visit a friend with her mum. Staff friendly, and very welcome. The one carer got a wheelchair, and took her to the car. Thank you very much.

Great home, excellent staff. Family member was taken care of here n was very well looked after during her time here. Staff were very helpful and polite and always kept me informed. Myself and my family always felt welcome when visiting at any time day or night. Food is great, they offer a well balanced diet and the choices often vary. When visiting a few time activities we're taking place, such as dancing, exercise class etc. Would 100% recommend

I cannot understand the negative reviews. My mother was a resident of this care home for over 18 months following her transfer from hospital in May 2018 until her death on 4 December 2019 and was always well looked after and treated well. She was visited by family several times a week at different times and varying days and we never observed anything but patient and caring treatment of residents. The food was plentiful and very good (we would have been happy to eat it) and residents were offered drinks throughout the day, with biscuits or cake and sometimes sweets too. My mother's whims were catered for and when her appetite failed they provided whatever she fancied, including ice cream, and even sent out for fish & chips. I was very impressed by their cleaner - I saw her working often and she is very thorough, so no worries about hygiene. The staff were always helpful, as was the Management. Sangita is an excellent administrator and arranged for a special air bed for my mother when she became bedridden, and was very proactive in making sure my mother's nursing needs were being met. The staff always made us welcome and offered drinks when we visited. We were kept informed of her condition and were able to be with my mother when she died. Her end of life was handled sensitively and we are grateful to Richmond Court for meeting her needs (and ours) during her time with them.

Residents are well looked after always happy. Meal choices are sufficient and at a high standard. Care staff are attentive and caring
