        Customer service is the worst I have even encountered. One of the women constantly looking at her phone? The other is bad tempered and hostile. Very unhelpful and rude.

        Look online to see I can renew my Passport through this branch despite using the paper form, get told by the person on the counter renewals aren't done here. Thanks for treating me this way Post Office, I'll use the government site and spend money on postage.

        I rarely go to Cradley Heath but each time I've visited this post office I've been amazed at the number of cashiers available!! It's never been busy, probably as they have so many cashiers, on this occasion there were 3 and not another customer in sight. The building is somewhat unkempt but the service is fine
