Delivery always says it will be here sooner than it actually is, and when you call them up, they only tell you that it will be there in 10 minuites, what a scam

Without doubt the best pizza my family and myself have eaten in a very long time, made surplus to requirements without any fuss at all, and all toppings so fresh and delicious, and finally the doe base just melts in your mouth, overall extremely impressed and without doubt the best pizza meal weve eaten in a very long time , well done guys your smashing it !!

Unfortunately i cant rate the food as i didnt recieve it. Placed a phone order after having fasted all day... was lookingnforward to some quick and easy food. Was told it'd be about 55 mins so i had a snack to open my fast and waited.... about an hour and 10 mins later i called enquiring about the order.. was told that due to a printer issue, my order hadnt been processed... i could cancel or have it made ..but it'd be a further hour. I cancelled and decided to try elsewhere as i am getting rather hungry. Its a shame as the menu looks delicious and has quite a range. The gentleman i spoke to was also rather polite... i may try again another day after ramadan and update this review but for the moment, i believe a single star is an accurate reflection of my experience. What could have been done differently? I guess when the printer issue was first noticed someone could have called me back. Such things happen.. will try again in future
