Murrays Pharmacy

Like others on here if I can give this pharmacy a 0 then I would. The GP suggested an over the counter medicine, went to purchase and was asked for my symptoms. In a room full of customers I did not particularly want to explain my full symptoms and gave a brief explanation and stated what the GP has suggested, so should be more than enough. Was refused as the assitant/pharmacist thought my symptoms did not fit the item and it has to be a prescription from the surgery. This is not the first time I have had issue with murrays/peak pharmacy. Went to another pharmacy and was given the medication over the counter.

If I could of given this pharmacy 0 stars I would have. I got given the complete wrong prescription because unbeknown to me they didnt have the first item in stock so without consulting my doctor they gave me a completely different item. When going back into the pharmacy I was refused a refund because I had already left the store with the wrong item. After complaining to the staff and them arguing with me for a while they finally agreed a refund but told me I had to leave as they were now closing and when asked for their names to make a complaint they didnt comply.

Lazy, irresponsible, and rude staff. Went there to collect my mum medication and was told to be waited for an hour. They never answer phone calls.

When sorry isnt good enough and incompetence is to a degree that it puts your life in danger. Got no insulin, oh well Got no pregabalin and it's a weekend, 'sorry' go have withdrawals somewhere else. You would think they were selling out of date food because they don't understand the implications of their Incompetence. Don't put your health in the hands if there staff, especially Paula.

They don't answer the phone and they probably don't read any reviews. Very poor service.
