Jhoots Pharmacy

Previously I said "Very friendly and have often gone far above and beyond in their attempts to help", but things have changed. The pharmacy went rapidly down hill after the pharmacist Katy left, and then closed completely without informing their customers. Dreadful service, would give zero stars if possible

I was referred to this pharmacy at 17:15pm by the 111 service and I got there within 5 mins to find the shutters down with no one answering the telephone. They were due to close at 6pm, so they should have been open, terrible service.

Ibrahim made me feel at ease and was chatty and friendly whilst being a consummate professional.

Absolutely brilliant service from the start from the ladies here with my mother in laws blister packs as well as from the manager Ibrahim Jiiva who took responsibility and ownership and sorted many a problem out which did not even relate to even errors in his store but from the Brierley Hill branch, who could not be bothered to take ownership of their own errors. Complete gratitude to this guy who went out of his way to help and full marks for customer service and professional conduct. Other Jhoots stores could learn a lot from you Ibrahim to improve.Thank you once again Ibrahim.

Just got to the pharmacy 4 minutes late for a covid jab and was told Id missed the slot. Only one person sat in there. I work for the NHS and Im a carer for my mum. Not helpful at all. Wont be going back!
