Came in on a Sunday morning for antibiotics for my son but they didn't have it in stock. This girl told me to call 111 & get a replacement (didn't tell me which replacement) So I called and got a replacement prescription, but again they didn't have the second item in stock. Luckily I spoke to Ismail on the third go, he apologized on behalf of the girl and he gave me a full list of what they had available for my son's condition, so I could suggest them to 111. Luckily got it sorted in the end thanks to the pharmacist helpful considering they were pretty much the only pharmacy open leading up to the bank holiday.

Spoke to the pharmacist Ismail today for some advice & help sorting out my prescription worries due to the bank holiday. He went above & beyond to help, great service.

I forgot to order a medication that I needed for a nurse appointment today gp surgery ordered it yesterday and I phoned the pharmacy this morning (as they usually deliver for me) and said I'd pick it up as its next to gp surgery just before my appointment. Spoke to a lovely lady. 12.30pm and its been delivered bless them thank you so much its very much appreciated xx
