Thomas and his team arrived on time to start the resurfacing my existing drive with tarmac and extending it across the lower part of my garden. He quoted 4/5 days to complete the work, but finished it and a wall at the back of my property in 3 days. After he finished and left we noticed two minor problems which he returned and fixed 2 days later. Overall we are very pleased with the result.

Appalling workmanship and professionalism! 6500 out of pocket for such poorly constructed work. Agreed to do a full garden landscape for me. Thomas was very rude and aggressive. He even had the audacity to ask me not once but 3 times not to leave a negative review and if I have nothing nice to say then not say anything at all..but I will not hesitate to speak the truth and these photographic uploads will speak volumes and support why I had such a awful experience and why I had so many issues with them from day 1! The garden gate wasnt even the right size and is of such poor quality as it doesnt even have a frame around it, there is approx a 1 foot gap underneath it which makes it easily accessible to any intruder to enter my garden as I have a corner house. A hole was drilled into my brick wall to lock the lock into place and astonishingly the gate panel was attached to my fence post using a cable tie! Absolutely diabolical! My contract stated I wanted 40mm AstroTurf and was charged 500 alone for that! I was given a sample to confirm I would be getting the exact but on the last day of completion grass was bought which was in fact 30mm and is such poor and cheap quality and when I challenged it was not the agreed material I was yelled at, spoken to in a very rude manner and blatantly told this is what has been bought, nor will it be changed and this is whats going to be laid like I had no say or choice in the given matter considering Im the one paying for it all! At this point he got aggressive and threatened me of ripping everything out and loading it all back into his trailer and walking out without returning my deposit if I carried on being awkward, this too whilst I was home alone caring for my disabled child, no female should feel intimated or harassed in her own house! I have 10 cut off pieces of grass which are so unprofessionally joined and have merely been pinned down with hideous black pins, some of the grass has been cut short around the edges and they have been covered up by just adding cut off pieces underneath,how unprofessional! The whole garden was not levelled appropriately hence why the grass is not level and bumpy and why the sleeper rail is raised high from the left side. The Indian sandstone tiles I originally chose were not the ones that were actually laid, they initially laid incorrect tiles which didnt even match and were a complete different colour which I had to point out and even then I was spoken to rudely and told not to tell him how to do his job when quite frankly I had to as it wasnt done correctly! The side panels are not even and are raised, the concrete slabs for the pathway arent properly laid and last but not least, the two concrete side slabs which were demolished (Thomas drove a digger right into them) were replaced but they werent even cemented into the ground properly and they fell over the very next day that too on my foot! Please bare in mind this pathway is used as wheelchair access for my disabled son, this could have easily have fell on my son and hurt him! I would warn others to seriously think long and hard before they get misled by their reviews and pictures on their fb page and Checkatrade. A formal complaint has been made and I have requested a refund for all the bodged jobs carried out and if this matter is not resolved I will be taking the matter forward to the next stage..this now means I have no option but to instruct another landscaping company (in due course) to rectify all the mess they have left me with. A complete and utter nightmare experience which has left me emotionally and mentally traumatised.

Thomas and hes team are a very reliable company showed up on time very tidy 100 percent I will recommend to my family and friends
