        2 weeks ago, I dropped off (at the Dudley store) a brand new pair of unused frames. For the purpose of having new lenses fitted, at a cost of 329. I collected the frames today, & shop Assistant, offered me my lenses with one of the nose pads missing?? He stated, that he didn't know where it was and told me to go to Boots and buy one!! I stated that were a brand new pair of frames when I dropped them off two weeks ago, so where is the missing nose pad. He stated that he'd speak with the Lab Technician, tomorrow and if found he'd call me... Flabbergasted!! I won't be using Specsavers again!! Photo's attached, also including gaps around the frames, bad workmanship!!
