We visited on Easter Monday as part of the pebble hunt for the kids. What a lovely idea, our boys had a great time searching. Thank you!

We attended the free Easter egg hunt that had been organised in the park close by. Our children absolutely loved hunting for the pebbles that had been painted and were so excited when they found them. Afterwards we visited the care home to receive a prize and the staff were so welcoming. They went above and beyond to interact with the children and have them a very chocolatey prize.

Looks absolutely beautiful, staff pleasant. My elderly friend who I visit room absolutely stinks of stale urine. Thought this might have been a one of when I first visited but 3 years later it still smells. Makes your eyes water its that bad. Having been a senior nurse I know this is inexcusable. The bed needs a serious clean with hot water and soap nothing fancy needed to remove that smell other than soap and water and elbow grease.

We visited Broadway Halls on Saturday 20th August for the open day and summer fete, we weren't intending to stay long as we had our dog with us, but we ended up staying most of the day 4-5 hours, there was so much to do with the stalls and competitions going on. The entertainment team were amazing keeping the residents and visitors entertained all day with their Magic show, live singers, karaoke, party dances and games, there were some old songs played I hadn't heard since I was a child it brought back so many good Memories. We were offered drinks throughout the day and to our surprise we were brought lunch over it was so kind of them. The Lamb was so tender it melted in my mouth it was such a lovely meal. The home was full of life, it was clean the entertainment team are brilliant and the meals were lovely, I could see the residents were well looked after and the staff was always happy to help, nothing was any trouble. can't wait for the next community event.
