When i was there i must say that the place was a shambles and no one had a clue what they was doing. Team leaders would stand around and not actually help or lead. I had a run in with one polish guy who tried to talk about me in his own language to the other polish guys and one was my team leader who never said anything. Thankfully he was sacked but then a week after i found out i was being let go. Which shocked me. I was taken on as an unskilled operative even though i have my plumbing qualifications so I dont exactly know what they expect when i was still learning. Moaned about going too the toilet even tho i have a medical condition so felt discriminated against. I also feel that the polish would give each other the best jobs and look after one another. I tried too get on with it as i did prefer this type of factory work. Buy prepare too work for a miserable moody, unwelcoming manager and a supervisor whos slightly but still talks to you like dirt. Definitely better places too work if youre already actually skilled.
