I came for a mobility scooter and I got exactly that. Thank you Matt for your knowledge on your product, your friendly - no pressure salesmanship. Also thanks to Jane who made sure I got it for my holidays and to the engineer who arrived on time and explained it all so easily. What a pleasure to shop with you all. Ive had so much fun and freedom in the last week.

A mobility store that you can't access in a wheelchair!!! Went today as I discovered the shop was nearer than where I have usually bought my chairs and equipment. Parking is terrible. You can't park anywhere near, however, when you do eventually find a place to park, and navigate around the the undulating streets of Dudley... You're faced with a closed door and a doorstep height of about 6 inches (so you can't get in in a standard wheelchair). I sat outside looking through the window, no sign of anyone to assist me in, so I went to another store where the very basics were taken care of. Shame really. I always try to support local businesses, but you have to think that a mobility store that doesn't consider the access requirements of its customers is probably not going to be one that provides decent service either.
