        Really happy with our experience , a lovely lady Adele explained everything to us giving us plenty of time to browse but there if we needed her , she was so friendly and helpful . Nice store , very spacious and easy to get round with a wheelchair . Would definitely use again.

        We had a most pleasant visit ro the store. From a phone call the day before making enquiries about a scooter for my wife to the actual visit we had nothing but friendly, helpful and respectful treatment. Kudos to Ryan for the helpful advice. Most importantly was the never pushy approach to customers and moving at whatever pace we chose. Highly recommended store and very happy with the new scooter.

        We were really impressed with our visit to CareCo at Brierley Hill recently. Dave was exceptional and very patient with us whilst we were browsing and trying out various chairs; he wasn't pushy in any way and gave us time to browse all available options to us. Overall, excellent service.
