Shame yer cannot give negative reviews as they treat the staff shockingly, and the manager is a prize tool with no bollox, lies through his back teeth, and his bum chum Simeon is a 2 faced snake

Like to post a negative one as they are a shocking firm to work for, the manager is up his own backside, cannot take a joke and scared of his own shadow and along with his sidekick Simeon they have created a 2 tier atmosphere

Avoid at all costa!!!! Had a car from these lot and soon as I spoke with them I knew Id have problems with them as the car arrived first thing I did was make notes and videos of all scratches on car when it came to returning the car they tried blaming me for a scratch that was previously on I provided evidence and they asked for me and thats when I told them I refused to give any more evidence and to take me to court and they then called me apologising and explaining to me that the scratch has come off and I will not be charged for the damage still waiting on my 1 refund for the fuel they took and not had it over 10 days now and I will be contacting the financial ombudsman even after email the branch manager Jason Lindsay that tried to blame me for the scratch absolute joke and extremely unprofessional also wanted to mention the man that came to collect the car from me went around the car 6-7 times to find something on the car to be able to blame me for it its as if the manager tells them to find something to blame on customers
