I ordered home office furniture from aristocraft. We placed our order in person having picked out all the fittings we preferred. On the day of the fitting, it turned out the incorrect handles were fitted and too many shelves were fitted to the bookcases. The new handles were going to need new holes drilled. As it wasn't our mistake, we weren't happy to have extra holes in our furniture and wanted a remedy. At no point were aristocraft prepared to accept their mistake, even though we picked out our fittings in person, we had pictures of oir chosen handles and an emailed CAD drawing to show that our plan had fewer shelves. This was extremely disappointing, but worse was how we were treated by aristocraft. They couldn't even be bothered to offer a simple apology and repeatedly blamed us, despite the evidence. I would not recommend using this company for that reason.

Ordered a 1909 In frame slab kitchen from Aristocraft Brierley Hill store in April 2022 for supply only for 13K, as we wanted a quality kitchen, they were cheaper than another local stockist, and a work colleague had recently had a kitchen from them as well which he was pleased with but he did warn me about the aftesales service as he'd had some troubles with missing bits, things not fitting etc. What followed can only be described a comedy of errors and incompetence on a grand scale with scant disregard for their customers once they have your money Salesman was very nice (though all salesman are as its their job) and he assured us they'd be with us every step of the way until completion, and they didn't step away once delivery had taken place. Kitchen arrived later than advised initially (but Aristocraft did notify us of this so credit to them for that), which I guess was out of their control. Their courier turned up on the revised date, but this is when the problems started Upon unloading the boxes from the van, noticed a number of them had labels on the outside saying that the door and frame sets were missing. This we assumed was from Aristocraft, as all the boxes had been opened and re-sealed, before delivery from the Aristocraft warehouse by their courier. During unpacking noticed one of the door frames was damaged during manufacture, and annoyingly, all of the wall cupboards only had one shelf and were only drilled for one shelf despite it being requested and accepted during ordering that they would have 2 shelves per cupboard. Went back up the showroom & Aristocraft claimed to know nothing about the missing items even though it was clearly marked on the outside of the boxes and all the boxes had been through their warehouse and had been opened and resealed as the 1909 tape had been cut through - luckily we took photographs as proof. Basically they didn't want to know at the showroom and told us to ring their customer services team (which aren't located at the showroom, but they won't tell you where they are, so you are stuck with contacting them on the phone or via email both of which will try your patience) Their female after sales service team are not technical people, they are there just to answer the phones and take messages (when you can get through to them as the phones very often just ring out) and it is hard work trying to explain fitting issues to them when they have never fitted a kitchen in theirs lives. Kitchen is now only just finished in March '23 some 8 months after delivery The Stainless Steel cooker hood they sold us is now going rusty - how does stainless steel go rusty? We have had multiple issues running into double figures such missing & damaged items I have lost count of the hours I have spent on the phone and writing emails to their after sales customer services. If I had not been able to self fit and had had contracted tradesman to do it, I dread to think of the hassle I would have had trying to get them back numerous times to fit the missing bits as they were drip fed to me by Aristocraft. Never again will I ever have anything off Aristocraft as it has been a world of pain from start to finish. Getting a new kitchen should be a highlight and pleasurable experience (esp given the cost of this kitchen) but it has been nothing but misery and frustration. Buy from Aristocraft at your peril. I only wish I could give them zero stars for the grief they have given me over the last 8 months
