Home instead Dudley and Sandwell South have provided home care service for both my parents over the past four years. Never once have we been let down or disappointed with the standard of care provided. The past year these guys have provided 24 hr care including Palative care for both my parents, enabling both of my parents wishes to be granted to spend their final days in their home of 60 years. Any requests that have been asked of the office ie additional support, shopping etc have always been fulfilled. All the carers that have looked after both mom and dad over the past four years have been exemplary and a testament to the much under estimated care industry. Julie and Ian. You run this franchise in such a professional manner with the support of the superb back office staff and are a credit to the home instead senior care brand.

I have worked for Home Instead Dudley and Sandwell South for 5 years and can honestly say that that their ethos and their standard of care and compassion for their clients, families and staff is nothing short of outstanding. Their approach is thoroughly professional in all they do. My parents are 97 and 94. Home Instead has been caring for them for 8 years - through surgery, illness and the fogs of dementia. Nothing is too much trouble. This is client focussed, pro-active and respectful care. It is the reason why my lovely parents live independently in their own home. In short, Home Instead keeps the wheels on the wagon - so that we all keep on rollin along.

Home Instead Dudley have been taking care of my (very independent and stubborn!) Grandad for a few months now, in order to help maintain his independence in his own home. From the initial care consultation, Home Instead were consummate professionals and listened to exactly what my grandad wanted help with, what his goals were and how best they could support him to achieve those goals (organising his shed and helping him plant some new flowers, little DIY projects, learning to dance!). We couldnt be more grateful for them. Grandad was so resistant to the idea of care initially but Home Instead Dudley have proved to him that their person-centred care is what will help him stay independent and maintain his dignity. Grandad speaks so highly of his caregivers, who have been matched with him based on his needs and personality , and I know they have a grand old time together on their visits. He remarks that they always remember what hes told them and ask questions about it at a later date - as a very sociable person we know this means a lot to him. Thank you, Home Instead Dudley! Its so lovely to know Grandad is well looked after and safe in between our own visits.

I am currently working for this amazing fantastic Hisc team i have been with the company/family over 5 yrs now and have and are still receive the best professional support kindness and compassion nothing is to much trouble from any member of the office staff or careGivers they are absolutely fantastic as for the clients well what can i say they are all amazing in each and every way they all bring something different each day from the stories the history lessons we have and so much more the love we get from them makes our job so so much more than caring they bring life into our lives as we do for them each and every day they are to me and i belive my Hisc team they are family which is built over time we get to know each other very well and their family's too from mothers grandchildren children fathers daughters sons and even the pet's As for our roles we do absolutely everything possible that they require within our means we can do so so much from personal care to home help companionship taking clients to any appointments shopping or just a walk in the park whatever they need we can support with im not saying this because i work for the company im saying it because its true from my heart and think everyone should see we are a fantastic team family i work for thank you for the last 5 yrs and for many more to come. X
