Neil was absolutely brilliant. He fixed the camera problem. He stripped the lens down and cleaned out the fungus. He then threw in a carrying strap and lens cover. He is a really pleasant man, who knows his job well. Thanks again Neil. If you need a used camera, Neil's stock is endless. He has all makes of camera equipment.

Great shop with amazing selection of vintage equipment. Neil offered excellent service and advice. He repaired my broken lens free of charge. Would definitely recommend you pay the shop a visit if you are in the area.

Having inherited a 35mm Canon A1 film camera from my Dad, I was devastated when the shutter suddenly stopped working, the camera would no longer wind on and then the film rewinder came loose and fell into the camera body :( I thought it was a lost cause, but finding RS Photographic was a stroke of luck. I spoke to Neil who was super helpful and suggested I post it to him to take a look at. Within 3 days the camera was back in my hands and working perfectly. Neil is a fount of all camera knowledge he went above and beyond and patiently answered my MANY questions! The camera was returned to me in a better condition (with missing parts replaced) then it was before. Thank you so much. I am really grateful for all your assistance.

I went in today with a VitoB camera with a sticking shutter which was fixed while I waited marvellous service! friendly and very knowledgeable, hundreds of cameras lenses and accessories, well worth travelling to see.
