But that's it, don't buy from here if you expect to use your shoes more than a couple of times.
I bought a pair of shoes for work, "the best non-slip we have" they said. I was constantly slipping on the floor at work, and when I tried to return them the next day, they said "you can't return these, they've been worn". How else am I supposed to know if they work for what I need? You don't exactly spill water on the floor in front of me while I test them. Not only that, but six weeks into wearing these shoes for work, three times a week, for eight hours (a total of 144 hours, or 6 days of constant wear) the left shoe has fully split down the centre, meaning the only thing between my foot and the floor is the gel insert I had to put in due to how uncomfortable the shoes are, and the size is fine, they're just bad shoes. The right shoe is on its way to the same fate.
The staff are friendly, the company's policies are not. The shoes are cheap, and their price is expensive for the quality you'll get. The only reason you should ever enter this shop is if you need a cheap throwaway pair of shoes, and you aren't hoping to return them.
