        Poor quality furniture at inflated prices. Terrible customer service will not respond to you is you have issues with furniture you have purchased. Do not use.

        So I've never been to the store but the website that I just visited 2 days ago, is shut down. I don't live in the UK so I can only order online.

        AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I purchased a Marylin cushed velvet corner sofa early May 2018. Initially the chaise was delivered broken and I had to wait for a replacement. After light use in November the brackets that hold the two sofas together had broken, a piece of exposed wood has appeared on one of the bases and the cushions of the chaise have flattened massively compared to the rest of the sofa. This sofa was priced just short of 1000 and is not of suitable quality. If this is not bad enough the company has just refused to respond to my phone calls or emails asking them to repair the sofa. Letter before court action sent this week and I will be taking them to court. Trading standards also informed. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
