        Disgusting dont even know how to answer a simple phone

        Absolute disgrace of a health centre. Receptionist refused a new born baby choking on her own mucus. Poor baby was struggling. Admittedly I was five minutes late but no sympathy was given. They told me doctor had gone home yet 2 minutes later a doctor came to the reception. Avoid this health centre as they do not care for the patients. I will be reporting this to the GP practice regulators as this is very dangerous to have a unqualified receptionist dictate how a baby who is choking on her own mucus is safe to go home because we was 5 minutes late.

        For a blood test it is the best place to go with no queues and you are in and out in no time. The staff are very friendly. You don't need an appointment but I find it better to make one.

        Receptionist out of control! The way i got spoken to was horrifying. I havent slept all weekend as its been playing on my mind. The red hair and the nasty nasty attitude to match, bring Dr Afzal back she would never let Patients be spoken too like that. So upsetting the receptionist is named Jane which i just found out as they dont want to give their names.
