Links Medical Practice (Drs Gupta, Abraham & Bramble)

I had really bad back went to see doctor and he said you have to live it for all of your life. Not even suggested me exercise or anything. I researched myself and now I am fine without there help.

Have been trying to get appointment for a week for Netherton, all they are offering is the practice the other side of Dudley. If I wanted to go to a doctors in Dudley I would have registered there. I am looking to change GP. They do not care for the patients from what I can see

their hazel branch is always closedbeen few times when it used to be open but never had any help dr look like he is forced to be there want to make you go asap/ only positive was american lady at recepcion at netherton branch she was kind and helpful but dr is absolute joke

Always found the doctors and receptionists good to deal with and helpful. Most practices now have too many patients thus affecting appointment waiting times but they always try to help and online form/messaging is a useful tool as well.

I have been with Links for about 8 years now, always found them to be very good. They do seem to be a little reluctant to engage with mental health issues directly but make sure they get referred to the right place. Despite some criticism of reception staff, occasionally you get one having a bad day, but come on, they are human! Nine times out of ten they are fantastic especially Laurie. As for Dr Guppter, his accent is hard to understand, but I just make sure that I tell them not to book my appointment with him. Biggest gripe I have is not being able to get face to face appointments.
