What can I say about this company I'm not going in to detail about the care my friend received and I use care VERY loosely if you want your loved ones / friends to be taken care of PLEASE DO NOT USE THE COMPANY they are BULLYS I would not let them look after an artificial pot plant . I BEG YOU DO NOT USE DIMAMOND HOME CARE THERE THE PITS

Words fail me failings start at the top. My ex husband's carers are pitiful they refuse to put a night bag on his catheter. Leave wet bedding by his bed to be washed by the family. Feed him pot noodles or a soup for a meal when he has a freezer full of meals. They have a duty of care and are paid for a 30 minute slot when we check the camera which was installed to check his well being he's lucky if they are there for 10 minutes. Do they even pocess qualifications.

Absolutely disgusting care and no acknowledgement from management that they are at fault but if you ask them they will send you a email to get the link for their app !!!!! They don't tell you that you need this app but the only log as to when and what they do in a visit is on the app!!!! Anyone being discharged from hospital please make sure you ask for the app and good luck
