St James Medical Practice

I don't know why people rate them low, I have being in different surgeries for the last 12 years and I have never felt more human and being treated with dignity more then I did at this surgery. I always go back to them even when I moved the area which they cover. I can set here all day numbering and counting their good behaviour and good practice and their patience with customers and I will never finish. I couldn't thank them enough for their efforts to get better and they are one of the few surgeries who are transparent in their work with full access to your records and also make appointments online. Maybe you had bad experience but I believe if you give them a chance and be kind they would go the Extra mile for you. Trust me all it takes is an act of kindness and respect.

Can never get an appointment . End up having to go down a&e n waiting hours just to see a doctor . Me and 3 month old have all symptoms of strep throat and Im unable to get an appointment yet its all over news how its killing people and this is why . Absolutely ridiculous. Theres a receptionist there whos so rude!

Called surgery last 2 days no appointments after waiting 2 doctors only on with over 10 rooms 35 people in que its a joke feel sorry for the receptionists but action needs to be taken

Never have an issue booking either a face to face or telephone appointment. I thought that my last appointment was for 4.30 it was actually 4.10, I was 20 mins late ! The receptionist (Julie?) sorted this out for me and I was still able to see the doctor. Brilliant!

Im a new paitent and i really cannot fault them absoultly amazing after attending another surgery and being made too feel demorilised after i was compared too a drug addict ,id understand if i had no issues but i am due my 31st operation i have chronic pain fybermygia fybermygia and double ostomies amongst othet issues , thankyou from thr bottom off my heart, i absolutely cannot fault there care
