It could be a great employer if wasn't for the National Minimum Wage paid for 12 hours shift per day as well as when the pre-shift briefing take place the Easter European Language was spoken rather than English language,considering we are at an English speaking country. No wonder the rotativity of workers is high,the employer has got no one but themselves to blame....very simple, do you want to keep good standard of service? Pay your employees a decent salary so you can retain good staff working for you.

Modern slavery for minimum pay even if you work 50+ hours/week or in weekends. i worked about 2 weeks and was enough for me. Heaters broken. You work at 0 degrees or less in winter time. No pay for work in cold environment. For 10+h/day you should pay at least 10gbp/h, not keep all the money for you. Don t waste your time there they don t care about people.
