I had a spillage which caused the electric in my house to trip out, I had never experienced this before on my own and was very anxious and unsure what to do so I called the West Midlands Emergency Helpline. The team at Usman Gas Solutions were out within the hour and reset our switch, having our electric back up and running within 10 minutes, giving me excellent advice. Usman and his son came out within the day to sort our boiler as we had no hot water. This was vital for us to get sorted in an emergency, as we have a 4 month old baby. Polite, friendly and professional both on the phone and in person.Issue and part sorted within 30 mins. Usman then found another issue with the boiler that needed sorting asap, he kindly got us the part at no extra cost than trade to stop the leak, and didnt charge us for the 2nd call out. A real gem of a company highly recommended. Thank you again both :-)

The most annoying thing about tradesmen, and this goes for Usman too, is their untrustworthiness. For example, he told me to message him my address, and he would get back to me. I already explained I have no hot water. Lo & behold 16 hours later, no response. If that is someones reliability in terms of basic courtesy, what will their work be like? I would advise he should not be used.
