        I appreciate the demand for uniforms is high however going to a single store with a few items on the shelves is antiquated. My sister kindly visited the store for me mid 6 weeks holidays and was only able to purchase a tie. She was met by rude staff after waiting in line for some time and was told they had no stock come back another time and see if we have any. She was unable to place an order or reserve the schools jumpers. I have now purchased my uniforms from my clothing Ltd online and it will be delivered to my door. I believe wholly in supporting our local businesses and high streets BUT they have to be able to meet demand and keep up with the times. Busy working parents need to be able to order online and collect AND for the stock to be in .

        So after queuing for 45 minutes I was told they will not order a blazer for my son due to the back log. Well thanks for that. As per the comment regarding taking it up with parent governors I have done so, I have also emailed the governors and ceo of the academy trust to make them aware of how parents are not allowed to order blazers . For anyone struggling to get a DAT blazer please email your relevant school.

        What's the point in having a call and pay on collection service and don't answer the phone lines. After going up there the one member of staff was very rude very poor customer service.
