Took my car to Betts yesterday for the mot and it failed on a few things but mainly the brakes. Although Rob is extremely busy he rang me and said because it was urgent he would do the work straight away. He called me later and gave me an update and a full costing. I just picked up my car and Rob was totally honest and upfront, and I couldn't thank him enough. There are a few little jobs to do and it needs a service but I can honestly say i won't be going anywhere else to have the work done. Thank you to Rob and all at Betts.
