i would highly recommend A&T we had a problem with the fitters. but it was quickly sorted. and i cant fault the fitter he was on his own and did my living room hall way kitchen and stairs and landing on his own and finished at 4.30 my living room and kitchen was done for when the children come from school i will definitely recommend to friends and family. thank you all for a wonde

A and T carpets just amazing used them the first time for stairs carpets the fitters refused to go home at 8pm until the jobs was done! Forget the big boys where sometimes your just a number...A and T treat like a Valued customer. I will always use this company! Mr Martin

Manger gave all the excuses under the sun for example its the suppliers fault to oh we forgot about your order and bare in mind we had to phone them every single time in the i had enough i was waiting over 3 weeks from time i ordered so i phoned the manger and yes it was heated phone call from my part but to be fair what did he expect after i was told my floor would be done a week after i ordered and all the other tiresome excuses they gave. As a customer im not interested in excuses what i pay you for is to be reliable and efficient. The manger i find to be somewhat arrogant and has no experience in dealing with customers problems he just comes across as someone who gives excuses to buy him time sorry to say that's not how retail works no one whats to be waiting over 3 weeks for floor i have delivery's from china that came quicker. For a local store not to provide the service i require i took my business elsewhere i would never recommend this company and im sure there is no love lost between me and the manger i gave the manger every opportunity to rectify the problem but in the end my my patience has finally run out and im 100% sure if the boot was on the other foot he would be the same.
