        Had a fault on our Truma heating/ water while away. Took it in and was really pleased / surprised to see they had it all set up for when we returned, in order to demonstrate how to set up / shut down the system properly. Lots of really useful advice offered and in my opinion, went over and above my expectations. Very helpful staff and excellent service. Even better, they didnt charge us, despite them having to leave late due to us coming back at the end of the day. A big thank you and would definitely use again. Service: Electrical
