After making an initial enquiry through Facebook I was impressed with the quality of products they had in there yard. It is really organised & all the staff I encountered were friendly & helpful. Abi guided me to the shop gave me time to browse no sales pressure. I found a lovely oak beam. Abi told me she would have it ready in a few days & called me in that time to say it was ready. I'm extremely happy with my purchase & enjoyed a great customer service experience. Would definitely recommend & purchase again in the future. I've posted up images of the mantlepiece & accessories absolutely love them! Thanks Abi
