Very grateful to have found the Arts of Change at a much needed point in my life. Extremely efficient, professional consistent service from the start and I can't thank them enough.

I got an opportunity to do drama therapy at this centre and was very nervous as it was something new to me, however I was met by a lovely lady named Jodie who ran the sessions and I was blown away by her understanding and the amount of help she could offer me. I have done many workshops and short courses on self development but I must admit drama therapy helped me a great deal . Jodie was very professional and patient, I feel she should receive some kind of an award for just being an amazing person an I know she will help many people like myself who need support from time to time ..I thank all the staff for their efforts and wish you all the success in the world .. The AOC are an extremely supportive service, supporting all age ranges via vast therapeutic interventions. Therapists have specialist knowledge in many areas and will go above and beyond to meet the needs of the clients.
