This practice needs closing down they do not follow up test results and the doctor is very rude and arrogant. My mom has now developed Cellulitis in both legs due to having a pressure sore on the inside of her toe. For the last four weeks she was ringing the surgery for results from swab to see if there was an infection and they said, Sandwell have not sent us nothing. Mom has still not received the results and is now on antibiotics for cellulitis that's infected, an infection untreated can cause cellulitis as the bacteria gets into broken skin , this would have been picked up from the test results that she still has not yet had back, guess what the GP has still not chased the results up. This is a very bad practice and needs safe guarding.

Horrible Dr and other staff, not even bothored the situation of patients. Dr do not even read the notes and adviced on phone, i told please read notes first, than he realised. they are accepting new patients. please avoid from this surgery. they just make money from NHS and do not care about patients.

Drs dont get enough time to read about the patient, nor offer enough time to plan a path forward. Personally we like Dr. Tarzi and the surgery.
